What is the “Erfolgsfaktor Familie” network?

“Erfolgsfaktor Familie” means “The Family Success Factor”. The network is a centralized platform for German companies that are interested in, or are already enacting, family-friendly HR policies.

Unusual times call for unusual measures, and one such measure is the supplier platform “ProtectX”. The platform was initiated by the municipal government of Münster and the chamber of industry and commerce for northern Westphalia. It was created in close partnership with North Rhine-Westphalia’s ministry for schools and education.

At the current point in time, our supply capability is unaffected by the Coronavirus pandemic.
